Material Specification
This product is made from high-strength carbon steel (Q235B) as its core material and undergoes a comprehensive hot-dip galvanizing process, providing excellent corrosion resistance and making it suitable for harsh working environments, such as humidity, salt spray, and dust. The internal worm gear and spline components are crafted from 40Cr alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered to enhance hardness (up to HRC 45-50) and wear resistance. All connecting pins are made of 304 stainless steel to prevent rust and ensure smooth adjustment, even after long-term use.

Production Process

5.Surface Protection: The finished semi-products undergo hot-dip galvanization to form a uniform anti-corrosion layer, with passivation treatment for further rust prevention.
6.Assembly & Testing: Components are assembled manually, with 100% torque testing and stroke adjustment verification to ensure each product meets performance standards.
7.Packaging & Storage: Qualified products are packed in moisture-proof cartons, labeled with specifications and batch numbers for easy inventory management.
