To manufacture suspension components, the first step is to start with the raw materials. Just like choosing sturdy bricks for building a house, the quality of the raw materials plays a crucial role in the performance of suspension components. Generally, high-strength steel is selected. This steel must have sufficient toughness and strength to withstand the various complex forces during vehicle operation.

After selecting the steel, the cutting process begins. This is like a chef using precise knife skills to cut vegetables; the cutting equipment cuts the steel to the designed dimensions and shapes. Laser cutting technology comes in handy here. It acts like an extremely sharp and precise knife, cutting smooth and even edges with minimal error.

After cutting, the component takes initial shape, but surface treatment is still necessary. This step is like giving the component a "beauty treatment." Because the cut surface may be somewhat rough, grinding and polishing processes make the surface smooth, not only improving its appearance but also reducing wear. Like waxing a car, it makes it more durable.
