Our trailer axle brake hubs are manufactured using two premium material options to meet diverse application needs:

2.45# Carbon Steel: Selected for heavy-load applications, this high-strength steel undergoes quenching and tempering treatment to enhance hardness and toughness. It resists impact damage and deformation even when carrying maximum load capacity.
All raw materials are subjected to strict quality inspections, including hardness testing and metallographic analysis, to ensure compliance with industry standards before production.
Production Process
1.Raw Material Cutting: Raw cast iron or steel blocks are precisely cut into blank sizes using CNC cutting machines, minimizing material waste.
2.Rough Machining: The blanks are shaped via lathe processing to form the basic structure of the brake hub, including inner/outer diameters and mounting surfaces.
3.Precision Machining: CNC milling machines are used to drill mounting holes and process key fit surfaces, ensuring dimensional accuracy within ±0.05 mm.
4.Heat Treatment: Blanks are quenched and tempered to optimize hardness and toughness; cast iron hubs undergo annealing to eliminate internal stress.
5.Surface Treatment: Hubs are coated with anti-rust paint or hot-dip galvanized to resist corrosion in harsh environments such as rain, snow, and road salt.
6.Quality Inspection: Each hub is tested for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and dynamic balance; random samples undergo load-bearing and high-temperature durability tests.
7.Packaging & Storage: Qualified products are packaged in moisture-proof cartons with anti-collision foam, ready for shipment.
